Terms & Conditions

• “Client” means a company or organization that engages ZettaHires to identify, evaluate, and engage candidates for its projects.

• “Base Evaluation Period” means the initial paid evaluation engagement of 3, 6, or 9 months, as selected by the Client.

• “Extended Evaluation Period” means an additional paid evaluation period following the Base Evaluation Period: up to 3 + 3 months for a 3-month base, up to 3 months for a 6-month base, and no extension for a 9-month base.

• “Regular Hire Period” means the 1-year engagement through ZettaHires that may follow a successful evaluation.

• “Bench” means the status of a Candidate who is registered and rated but not currently engaged with a Client.

• “Experience Certificate” means the work experience certificate issued for the period actually worked with a Client.

• “Rated List / Talent Pool” means the list of registered candidates whose resumes have been rated by ZettaHires and made visible to Clients.

2. Eligibility

2.1 At present, ZettaHires' services are limited to freshers and interns who have completed their engineering degree and have not yet secured regular employment.

2.2 You confirm that all information provided in your registration, resume, and profile is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.3 Any misrepresentation, falsification of qualifications or documents, or impersonation may result in immediate removal from the Talent Pool.

3. Registration and Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Registration on the ZettaHires portal is mandatory and completely free of cost.

3.2 You must complete your resume/profile requirements and read and accept these Terms & Conditions before your resume is rated and made visible to Clients.

4. Resume Rating and Profile Visibility

4.1 Your resume will be evaluated against standardized parameters including education, skills, certifications, projects, internships and other relevant experience.

4.2 By accepting these Terms, you consent to your rated resume and profile being shared with ZettaHires' global Clients through our secure platform.

4.3 Your personal contact details will not be shared with Clients at the rating and shortlisting stage.

4.4 You may improve your rating by adding new skills, certifications, projects, internships and updated resume information.

5. Communication Protocol

5.1 All communication between you and any Client shall take place through ZettaHires until otherwise directed.

5.2 You shall not directly solicit, negotiate with, or circumvent ZettaHires during an active engagement.

6. Training

6.1 ZettaHires may conduct training sessions covering technical and soft skills to help candidates become selection-ready.

6.2 Training sessions may be provided as an exclusive benefit to registered candidates.

6.3 In certain cases involving specialized trainers or specific business-value content, a nominal fee may apply and will be communicated in advance.

7. Evaluation Cycle

7.1 If selected by a Client, you may be engaged under a Base Evaluation Period.

• 3-month base evaluation with possible extension;
• 6-month base evaluation with possible extension;
• 9-month base evaluation without further extension.

7.2 At the end of an evaluation period, the Client may convert, extend, or release the candidate based on its requirements and evaluation.

8. Remuneration and Benefits

8.1 During the applicable evaluation period, remuneration and benefits will be provided according to the terms communicated for the engagement.

8.2 If converted to a Regular Hire period, remuneration may be revised according to the applicable offer terms.

8.3 No remuneration is payable for periods where no active engagement exists, subject to the applicable terms.

9. Regular Hire Period

9.1 During the Regular Hire Period, payroll and administration may continue through ZettaHires.

9.2 A Client may subsequently offer employment under its own terms and conditions.

10. Employment Relationship

10.1 Engagement through ZettaHires does not automatically create an employer–employee relationship with the Client.

11. Candidate Obligations During Engagement

11.1 You shall arrange the necessary equipment and stable internet connection required for your assigned work.

11.2 You shall perform assigned work diligently, follow reasonable instructions, attend scheduled meetings, submit required updates and comply with applicable security and access policies.

11.3 You shall maintain regular attendance and professional conduct throughout the engagement.

12. Release, Bench and Experience Certificate

12.1 If an evaluation ends without extension or conversion, the candidate may be moved back to the Talent Pool.

12.2 Your updated profile and experience may improve your visibility for future Client opportunities.

12.3 Experience documentation may be issued for the applicable period actually worked.

13. Resignation and Unauthorized Absence

13.1 Unauthorized discontinuation, prolonged absence or abandonment of an engagement may affect your profile status and eligibility for future opportunities.

14. Confidentiality, Data and Intellectual Property

14.1 You consent to ZettaHires collecting, storing and processing your registration and professional profile information for recruitment and engagement purposes.

14.2 You shall keep confidential any non-public information of ZettaHires or a Client accessed during an engagement.

14.3 Intellectual property and work deliverables created during an engagement shall be handled according to the applicable Client and ZettaHires arrangement.

15. Amendments

15.1 ZettaHires may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through email and/or the ZettaHires platform.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
